RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All returns or cancellation requests must be in writing and submitted through our email system and must follow the policies as written below.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please be aware of the following:

  • A $500 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

  • A 25% restocking fee will be charged in addition to the cancellation fee.

  • Any shipping costs already incurred are non-refundable.

  • Custom-made orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable, brand-new condition.

  • Custom-made orders are non-refundable.

  • Authorized returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and a $350 processing fee.

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking details when your order ships.

 

Shipping times and delivery estimates may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping carriers may experience occasional delays

beyond our control.
