RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All returns or cancellation requests must be in writing and submitted through our email system and must follow the policies as written below.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations requested after placing an order will incur $500 cancellation fee and 25% restocking in addition to any shipping charges that have been incurred. All custom made orders are non-refundable. Any order cancellation request must be in writing and requested through our email sales@vcarts.com
RETURN POLICY
You may request a return within 7 days from an item being delivered. Any returned item must be freight pre-paid by customer. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Any returned item must be in the original packaging and must be in resell-able, brand new, unused condition. All custom made orders are non-refundable. Any authorized return may incur up to a 25% restocking fee and $350 processing fee. Any Return Request must be in writing and requested through our email system contact@vcarts.com

ATV SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking details when your order ships.
Shipping times and delivery estimates may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping carriers may experience occasional delays
beyond our control.

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing clear product descriptions and specifications so you can shop with confidence. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
In order for us to provide flat rate $250 shipping to the lower 48 of the United States, all Ultimate ATV purchases must be shipped to a business address with a loading dock or to your local FedEx terminal.
This is due to both the size and weight of both Ultimate ATV models, and it must be crated and palleted. If the shipping address on your order is to a residential address, we will contact you and ship it to the nearest FedEx terminal.
Picking up your Ultimate ATV at a FedEx terminal requires a valid photo ID of the person who placed the order so they can release the pallet to you upon arrival. We do not accept returns of the Ultimate ATV or their accessories.
